Transmission
What transmission options are available?
You can choose between two excellent transmissions: VT-Drive, a continuously variable transmission, or P6-Drive, a powerful PowerShift transmission. Both are designed for smooth, efficient performance, so you can pick the option that best suits your work.
How does the VT-Drive transmission work?
VT-Drive is a continuously variable transmission, delivering seamless, stepless power across the full speed range up to 50 km/h. With four programmable speed ranges and controls on the EasyPilot joystick, it's wonderfully simple to use, helping reduce fuel consumption and lower operating costs.
How does the P6-Drive transmission work?
P6-Drive offers six PowerShift speeds across five robotised ranges, with a creeper providing 54 forward and 27 reverse speeds for precise, slow work. Smart APS Auto PowerShift selects the optimal gear automatically, while De-Clutch and the Stop & Action system let you shift and stop without using the clutch.
Does P6-Drive help with fuel economy?
Yes. P6-Drive includes ECO mode for efficient transport work and an Oil-Cut-Off feature that further improves fuel economy. Together they help you keep running costs comfortably low across the season.

How capable is the hydraulic system?
The X7 SWB uses a closed-centre hydraulic system with a 160 l/min variable displacement pump. This delivers fast, responsive flow for demanding implements and several operations at once.
How many remote valves are available?
You can specify up to 8 electrohydraulic remote valves, including a three-way flow divider. This gives you excellent flexibility across a wide range of attachments.
What is the lift capacity?
The electronic rear hitch lifts up to 9,300 kg, while the front hitch handles up to 3,500 kg as standard. You'll have the muscle to manage heavy implements with complete confidence.
What PTO options does it offer?
